726005 Housing Benefits - All enquiries relating to housing benefit and council tax benefits.
726007 Council Tax/Business Rates - All enquiries relating to Council Tax or Business Rates.
726030 Council Tax/Business Rates Direct Debit – To set up or enquire about direct debits for Council Tax or Business Rates

726009 Care Link Enquiries - Any enquiries regarding the councils Care Link service for the elderly and vunerable
726050 Out of Hours Emergency Line - For calls of an emergency nature that will not wait until the next working day. This may include calls such as, fallen trees, severe flooding, dangerous buildings, etc
